Located in the heart of town and walking/viewing distance to the South Fork river and hiking trails, our brand-new cabins are your basecamp for adventure.
We serve off the hook espresso coffee along with delicious breakfast burritos, bagels and more. In the summer/fall, our food truck opens for lunch & dinner with an extensive, local food based menu with something for everyone's desire. Here at Rachel's we believe that farm-to-table is the healthiest way to go, and are the only local restaurant that raises & serves our own grassfed Beef from our ranch in Del Norte, Colorado. We have a putt-putt course that you can play while you wait for Rachel to whip you up something yummy! Live music all summer!
