We serve off the hook espresso coffee along with delicious breakfast burritos and bagels. In the summer/fall, our food truck opens for lunch & dinner with an extensive, local food based menu with something for everyone's desire. Here at Rachel's we believe that farm to table is the healthiest way to go, and are the only local restaurant that raises & serves our own grassfed Beef from our ranch in Del Norte, Colorado. We have a putt-putt course that you can play while you wait for Rachel to whip you up something yummy!
